AJ Johnson how was your junior season?
Great! 83 total tackles, 10 TFL, 3 Sacks and 2 PBUs!! Interstate 8 all conference HM as well!
What does football mean to you?
Football means the world to me. It brings out the best in me as an athlete and an individual and I love the game very much
What should college coaches know about you?
I am very dedicated and no matter where I’m put, I will do my damnedest to be the best I can be
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
My swagger and my athleticism most definitely. Also, my IQ I study and watch film very closely
What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason?
Continuing to put my size and speed together and use it to my advantage.
How does Woodstock look for the upcoming season?
We are looking great. We are looking to have about 25-7 seniors coming out for one last ride next year and we have been hungrier than ever. We’ve been taking big steps as a team this off-season to try and make the playoffs and compete this year
Who else on Woodstock should I keep an eye out for next season?
Our wide receivers Caden Monti, Jared Kniola and Charlie Gilmore, our linebacker Jack Raymond, our running back Adrian Perry, and our BIG NASTY O/D-linemen Jakob Remot, Brandon Carroll, Lucas Albertson and Tyler Moon. Upcoming juniors Cody Tillman and Bode Pederson have also been making huge gains and are looking to be difference makers on the varsity level as well!
