Nate Sarfo Marian Central Catholic LB/ATH Class Of 2024 5'11 190
Nate Sarfo how is your season going so far?
It hasn't gone the way we've wanted it as a team, but I have had a strong season so far.
What does football mean to you?
Football has quickly become everything to me. I started off playing just because my friends asked me to, but it's quickly become my favorite thing to do. To me, it means playing with your brothers and hard work.
What should college coaches know about you?
I play very fast, and I love competing. I hate losing a lot more than I like winning. I like to hit, and I always fly around the field. I also do everything I can to learn as much about football and the finer points of the game, since I've only been playing since I was a sophomore.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I think my speed and strength are my strongest traits. When combined, they make me a player who is capable of easily shedding blockers and making secure tackles. These two traits also have helped me get past the learning curve of football a lot quicker.
What is one part of your game you plan on working on in the offseason?
I want to work on my pad level mostly. I know I would be hitting people a lot harder if I played with better pad level. I also want to work on my hands and just general coordination
What has been your favorite memory so far this season? I would say the Johnsburg game. We all played a good game, and the score reflected that. It was a great win in front of a large home crowd, and it was a lot of fun.
