Marc Coy Marist Running Back Class Of 2024 6'1 205

Marc Coy how was your junior season? I thought it was pretty good. It started off great and then I got injured which slowed me down quite a bit. My whole team had one goal and we were hungry for that state title but came up just short. The memories and relationships I made this season will be with me forever. What does football mean to you? It’s a brotherhood. You join a team and everyone on that comes together and fights for one goal. You have fun and learn valuable life lessons along the way How was your trip to St. Thomas? It was great. It was great to meet the coaches in person and hear about the history of the program. The campus was very nice along with the facilities. What should college coaches know about you? I’m a very hard worker, I’m very coachable, I’m a great teammate and a great leader, I’m always looking for ways to improve my game to become a better player and an overall better person in general.

What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My size, speed and strength What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I’d say my personal goals are 1500+ all purpose yards, 18+ TD, stay healthy all season. For my team goals, I want us to make the playoffs, win conference, win state and have fun during the whole season How does this Marist squad look for the upcoming season? We look great. I know there’s gonna be critics that say we lost a lot but no one knows the blood, sweat and tears shed during the off season to bring out everyone’s full potential. Marist will be a team that everyone should look out for next year.
