IHSA Football Family its finally here the 2021 Fall Season. Deep Dish Football Week 1 is going to be a Southwest Prairie Showdown as voted by you. We got 2 Head Coaches in their 3rd season that are clearly climbing the ladder of coaching prestige in Illinois. I'm expecting to see some of the best Week 1 football that we have ever seen. With such a short time span both these teams I'm expecting will be playing at the top level of their game. I'm also expecting a lot of new names to make some bigtime plays this Week 1.
