Derrick Stewart how was your sophomore season? It was very good. I learned from my coaches and teammates on both the sophomore and varsity levels. I was also able to play an important role on the varsity level to making it to the state finals. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know I have great leadership skills and I am hard working. I am also the ultimate teammate and very coachable. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the football field is my power, high football IQ, and downhill running. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason? My speed, pass blocking, footwork, and getting stronger. What goals do you have for yourself upcoming season? The goals I have are, winning a state championship, be named first team CCL all conference, top 5 in the state in rushing yards. What motivates a Derrick Stewart? Learning new things on and off the field, overcoming challenges, and becoming a better teammate.
