So, in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for Illinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. This is one of the many reasons why Deep Dish Football is respected in the IHSA. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Mason High Monticello DT/OL Class Of 2025 6'3 230

Mason High how is your season going so far? Good. We are 2-1. Lost our first game but we have improved over the last two games. What does football mean to you? Its fun. I have enjoyed playing it since I was little. It lets me be apart a team. What should college coaches know about you? I am a very hard worker, that is self-motivated. No one has to get on me to work. I am also very coachable. I don't mind hard coaching. It's an opportunity to get better.

What do you like about playing in the trenches? You are apart of every play no matter the call. So you have a chance to have impact every single down. Who else on Monticello should I be on the lookout for this remaining season? Luke Teschke (QB), Ike Young (RB/DB), Carter Foran (WR/DB), Trey Welter (WR/DB) What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strength and my get off.

What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season? Make a deep run in the playoffs. Continue to get better each week and show everyone my potential.

Who is the funniest player on the Monticello team? Charlie Moore

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting
