Robert Grant how was your sophomore season? Amazing, had a rough start but towards the end I started pulling through and becoming more confident! What does football mean to you? What football means to me is everything, Hard work, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and physicality. It’s very enjoyable. What do you like about playing in the trenches? What I love about the trenches is, being disruptive, using my strength and being able to use my body size to stop my opponent from reaching their goal. What should college coaches know about you? I am a very responsible young man, and I am willing to do everything it takes to reach the next level. I am motivated and driven by the game of football, I can't see myself doing anything else!
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I feel like my speed, strength and leadership are all equal but one thing about me is that I will always play my heart out no matter what the circumstances are.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
Recently, I’ve been working with Coach Salomon with FIST football, what I have been improving on is my speed with my pass rush, and my ability to hold my gap in the run game.
How is track season going for you so far? Recently, I’ve injured my ACL, so I have been sitting out of track and pursuing football mainly.
