Jacob Stanley Harvard Athlete Class of 2021 5'9 170
Jacob Stanley how was your 2019 season? For me, I wish it could have went a lot better especially since I only played in three games this season. As a team however, we made big improvements not only to our record, but also our teams culture. What would you like college coaches to know about you? College coaches should know that I am going to be dedicated and the hardest worker on the field, in the weight room, and in classroom. I’m going to bring the same energy every day to help the team become better. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I would say my strongest trait is my leadership on the field. No matter when things get tough throughout a game or practice I’m going to be there trying to pump the guys up and keeping them as positive as possible. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? During the off-season I’ve been working on reading defenses more effectively, while also working on my deep ball and my accuracy in general for the season. How does Harvard look for the upcoming season? We are looking really well. We have a strong senior class with many talented juniors that are going to have an impact on both sides of the ball. We have a chance to be very successful this season.
