Jack Lesniewicz Hinsdale Central Athlete Class Of 2026 6'1 170

Jack Lesniewicz how is your season going so far? It’s definitely been frustrating the way we’ve started out and not being able to win games, but I’m excited for these last 4 games to try push to make the playoffs. I love our team though and think we are going to turn it around. What does football mean to you? Means everything. Ever since I started playing in 2nd grade. It’s built a bunch of relationships for me and I couldn’t be more thankful for what it’s done for me. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I am willing to work for everything and don’t expect to be handed anything. I’m always focused on winning and am a huge competitor. I consider myself to be a great teammate and someone who won’t back down from a challenge no matter who is lined up in front of me.

What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait is definitely my hands. Drops are not something I have had a problem with and I believe I will continue to get even better and be able to catch any ball thrown to me. I consider myself to be someone you would want to get the ball to when you need a first down and need someone who will secure the ball. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? Definitely my first touchdown on varsity this past week. It was a surreal moment. Being a little kid at those games it was always fun to watch, and to do it myself now was definitely a great feeling. Hopefully get some more in these next weeks. Who on Hinsdale Central is having a breakout season so far

Carter Contreras. He’s a senior slot for us and he also plays safety. He was hurt last year and couldn’t play, but he came out this year and his having a great season. He’s also been very helpful to me as a sophomore trying to adjust to varsity, and he’s a great teammate. He’s a very good player and someone who has helped us out a lot.
