Corbin Hickey Johnston City WR/ATH Class of 2022 6'1 185
Corbin Hickey how is your season going for you so far? My season for me personally has went pretty well so far. I’m currently leading the Black Diamond in receiving yards and I hope to continue this until the end of the season. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot too me. Football to me isn’t just a sport, it’s a lifestyle I’ve fell in love with over the years. It’s taught me a lot of discipline and it’s also taught me to be mentally and physically strong. What do you see in this Sesser-Valier squad for Friday night? They got some pretty decent running backs after watching film, but they’re defense isn’t anything we shouldn’t be able to handle. It should be a good game. What do you like about playing WR? I like being able to dominate defenders whether it be catching the ball in traffic, running crisp routes, and even blocking for my teammates on the perimeter. How good can this Johnston City squad be? The squad we have this year is nothing less than the squad we had last year that went 6-0. Everyone on the team is hungry, we all love to win. We picked up a great quarterback, Heath Neibch, he’s a good help to our team as well as getting me and Austin the ball in the air. With that being said we also have some dogs running the ball, Isaiah Watson, Ben Morgan, and Boston Peyton. All in all I don’t believe this squad will disappoint.
