So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell
Donnell Adams how is your season going for you so far?I would say we didn’t start off on the right track as a team with a couple losses, but we’ve battled to come back and salvage our season. What has been of your favorite memories this season?I would say the most memorable thing for me so far was homecoming. It’s always good to go and put on a show for your fans, especially against a team that used your school as statement games in previous years…What do you see in this Taft squad for Friday night?I see a team full of athletes thrilled to have momentum coming off a nice win over Morgan Park. It’s not news to us though that we were probably going to play a pumped up Taft team at this point in the season. What do you like about playing QB?Playing quarterback gives me the chance to truly lead my team. There are only two people who get to touch the ball every play; the quarterback and the center. By having the ball in my hands I get the chance to showcase my talent and the great coaching around me.What should college coaches know about you?The main thing coaches should know about me is that I’m a warrior. I’m gonna put it all out on the line every play for my teammates no matter the cost of personal detriment. I really believe I have the potential to play at the college level, but I’m just waiting for a coach to take a chance on me. It would be be my personal duty to make sure he never regrets picking me.
