Connor Folliard Plainfield South QB Class Of 2024 6'2 180
Connor Folliard how is your offseason going so far? It’s going pretty well; I’ve put on about 10 pounds and gotten faster and stronger. I got a nice tune up on my throwing mechanics and I think it’ll show later on. How was your junior season? Personally, it was a big step for me. I went from a really poor sophomore year, to a much better junior year. I got All-Conference honors, and as a team we won our conference. What should college coaches know about you? They should know I'm constantly pushing to get better and pushing people around me to get better. I truly believe I'm the most mentally tough person on the field wherever I go.
What do you like about playing QB?
I like to be in control and I love the pressure. It’s just fun to be one of the most impactful positions on the field. When stuff gets hard everyone reacts based on how you react and I think that’s important.
What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season?
I want to win conference again for sure, but I want to go bigger than that. I want a deep playoff run, and want to achieve things our school hasn’t seen before. I want to put up better stats this year as well.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I feel that my best trait is my composure
What is one of your favorite routes to throw to? I love to throw post routes.
