Dominik Hulak ICCP Athlete Class of 2025 6'3 220
Dominik Hulak how was your freshmen season? My freshman season was great, us Freshman went 3-0 with only 15 kids on the roster and still won with a big difference in points every time. JV was also fun as a full time 2 way starter going 3-2. Varsity was also fun as I was able to prove myself to get some playing time in defense and special teams. We went 11-2 loosing in the 3A semi-final to Byron. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. I've been playing football since 2nd grade and have always loved it ever since. Football was always on the top of my list over all the other sports I played. What should college coaches know about you? All college coach's should know that I am a hard worker. I would never give up on something you make me do even if it takes multiple tries. I'm there to satisfy the coach and make him know I am worth something on the team. With my size and speed I can play multiple positions not just what I like to play so I am useful anywhere I'm needed. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? The strongest trait would probably be my size. As a 15 year old being 6'3 220lbs I have always been a lot bigger than faster than kids my age or even older. My size brings great strength that could be used to run through others. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? I have been working a lot on explosives and footwork because that's what I thought I really lacked overall. It's been a lot of speed, agility and fast-moving exercises. Along with running up steep hills to get a long powerful stride to get if the line. I have also been working out a lot to get stronger and bigger.
What goals do you have for yourself this season? My goal for this season is just to make myself better and show what I can do during the season on game day. I really want to show out to get myself out there as a sophomore on varsity to college coaches that can make great opportunities for me.
