How did your junior season go?

We had a great team, but ended up falling short of the playoffs. As for me, I switched between wide receiver and safety and played anywhere my coaches needed me. I played on special teams every game and when I had the chance I would use any quarters I had left to get more reps during the JV games.

What do your off season workouts look like?

I train 6 times a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are weight training. Wednesday and Saturday are speed training.

What are you working on improving in the off season?

I am working on gaining a significant amount of weight and strength. One of my main focuses is gaining more football knowledge such as coverages and formations.

Are you planning on attending any camps or visits this summer?

Yes, a couple colleges have reached out and invited me to camps. Depending on my track schedule I would love to attend several of them.

What’s your strongest trait on the field?

I would say understanding not just my role on the field, but also my teammates roles which helps the game slow down and creates the opportunity to make plays.

You play on both sides of the ball-which position do you prefer? Or is there a position you feel you are stronger at?

I do prefer safety. It allows me to play more physical and more aggressive.

You’re a dual sport athlete-how does running track and field help you with football?

It helps me not only to stay in shape but come back faster and more explosive for the next season.

Playing two sports and you maintain a 4.0 gpa. How do you manage it all?

It is tough but one thing that helps is to make sure I’m staying focused in school and I never turn down extra help from teachers.

If there’s one thing you’d want college coaches to know about you, what is it?

One thing I would like then to know is that no matter where I am, whether it's on the field, in the weight room, or in the classroom, not a single person will outwork me.

Who on your team would you say is going to have a breakout season this year?

One person would be my close friend QB Leo Slepski. We push each other to go 110% in the weight room and I know he's going to go crazy next year.
