Branden Nava how was your 2018 season?
I would say my 2018 season was successful, I got a few varsity starts and got to learn from a great group of seniors.
Favorite memory of your 2018 season?
My favorite memory was getting to play in our first round playoff matchup against Belvidere North and just being a part of that atmosphere.
How good can this Lakes team be for the upcoming season?
I’m confident in our team for this upcoming season as we have a lot of returning starters and have had lots of guys working hard this offseason. I can see us winning the conference and making a deep playoff run if we play to our potential.
You guys have a impressive passing attack with mixture of a talented qb and group of multi faceted WRs..... What do you bring to that attack?
I would like to think I bring speed and the ability to catch
the jump ball to the table for our offense.
What game excites you the most for this upcoming season?
Definitely week 8 versus Antioch, playing in rivalry games is always fun and we’re looking to get our revenge from last years games against them.
Give me one of toughest defenses you faced last season?
Antioch was a tough defense, you could tell they game planned for our offense hard.
Funniest player on the Lakes team is?
Funniest player on the team has to go to Chris Selig as he is always ready to crack a joke and isn’t afraid to roast you.
