We can be a state contender for sure, we have one of the most talented and hardworking defenses in the state. Also one on the toughest offenses to try and contain
Favorite memory so far this season?
West Aurora is marching down the field late in the 4th quarter. We are up by 4. Outside handoff to their running back, I strip the ball, teammate falls on it. We get our offense back on the field to keep control of the game.
What does football mean to you?
Football is everything to me because it has taught me certain things no parent nor other sport could ever teach me. It has taught me real brotherhood, fighting through adversity, and trusting the process. It has also been my driving force to better myself in all aspects.
What should college coaches know about you?
That I am a firm believer in hard work, I am extremely disciplined, and I never shy away from a challenge. Ever.
Funniest guy on the Glenbard East team?
Outside linebacker Quintin Yates. No doubt!
What does Glenbard East need to do to achieve its goal?
Continue to be the disciplined and coachable football team we are.
Last season of high school football for you, What would you tell incoming GEHS players about the program?
No matter how bad the practice, the game, or even the season trust the process. Remain coachable and you’ll see a lot of doors open up for you!
